Multi-stage process that included interviews and several tests. Tests included topics such as math, logic, reading comprehension, computer science, etc. No need to prepare for the tests at all, just a pen and a couple sheets of paper should do.

What was one example of a difficult situation you encountered in your previous job and how did you overcome it?
The preliminary virtual assessments are long, exhaustive, and tedious. However, as you progress meetings with human interviewers were more laid back. It felt like more of a conversation at that point compared to traditional interviews, which was appreciated.
Pretty straighforward. Case study is also very chill. Talk through your thought process, ask clarification questions. Most of it is them talking about themselves except for the case-study part and the final recruiter logictics call.

Case study: How would you handle the situation just presented? (It was about two clients requesting urgent resolution of something and you couldn't dedicate urgency to both situation equally.)
