Thus far I have gone through several interview processes. After the initial submission of my cover letter and resume, I was prompted to take a personality profile. The profile lasted about 30 minutes and asked me to pick a set of statements that most likely described me. There were a few math questions tossed in so have a scratch piece of paper/calculator ready. After a weeks time I was contacted again to schedule a phone interview. The woman that I spoke with was extremely nice and the experience seemed as if it were a conversation with a friend rather than a process for a employment. The phone "interview" lasted about 30 minutes. Again, about a week later I was contacted to take a skills assessment test. The HR representative made arrangements for the test to be taken at a local test proctor. I have yet to take this test.
