Took a 4hr long skills test, after which I had a final virtual interview day, which was also about 4hrs. They choose me for 2 roles, and they described what these 2 roles' day to day job looks like. The interviewer asked me about things in my resume, and then finally had an interview with HR.

Excellent hiring process. got back to me immediately! Also, they have amazing benefits and a great atmosphere. Verona is a great town on the outskirts of Madison, Wisconsin. I was able to go from application to final interview in less than 2 weeks!
