Multiple online assessments followed by a series of interviews with current support staff. Final discussion with a recruiter. Mostly easy questions about how you would handle certain scenarios. Extremely long process overall though. Makes you think they don't trust their own process.

How would you prioritize multiple important tasks?
The phone interview was straightforward. The first interview questions were what was expected considering it was a phone interview. The interviewer was also pretty accommodating and experienced enough to answer questions regarding the job and relative information asked by the interviewee.
The preliminary virtual assessments are long, exhaustive, and tedious. However, as you progress meetings with human interviewers were more laid back. It felt like more of a conversation at that point compared to traditional interviews, which was appreciated.
Pretty straighforward. Case study is also very chill. Talk through your thought process, ask clarification questions. Most of it is them talking about themselves except for the case-study part and the final recruiter logictics call.

Case study: How would you handle the situation just presented? (It was about two clients requesting urgent resolution of something and you couldn't dedicate urgency to both situation equally.)
