There was an initial personality test a week after sending in my application. This was followed by a phone interview a week later that was mostly filling in additional info from the application, as well as a few interview questions like: What do you see yourself doing in a few years. The next step was an on site interview/tour a few weeks later. This consisted of an information session in the morning, followed by a questionaire about how you would approach different scenarios, an interview with an HR person, and then a standardized test section with 4 tests: a 2 minute quick evaluation, a programming portion, a math reasoning, and a verbal reasoning/language section.
