The interview process involved a brief phone interview, an electronic assessment, and an on-site interview. After submitting an application through their website, the waiting period to hear back from them is not that long (~ one week). The whole process may take a month or more depending on when you schedule the on-site interview. While you may meet many other candidates during the on-site interview, they stress that you do not so much compete with each other but rather the purpose is to see if you would be a good fit. It gives you an idea of the sort of people you may work with. Overall, the process was very positive, fairly laid back and easy.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
