I applied for a position through a referral. I immediately connected with the HR who was super nice. I had a great fit for the position since I was already doing the same for another company. Had 5 online interviews. 4 went great, however, the last one was one of the worst experiences I have ever had on an interview. Interviewer arrived super late, spoke for 15 min, lectured me that all I knew about the position was wrong, and then started looking at his/her cellphone for the rest of the interview. At one point I almost decided to withdraw my application on the spot. My guess is that the company was not aligned in the position and he/she was just trying to ditch me to later send me a rejection. Complete waste of my time.
