Multiple Zoom interviews, meetings and multiple calls. It was a very long, drawn out process. They had to reschedule meetings at the last minute which meant taking more time off work. Informed an offer would be sent. Then was ghosted.

Many rounds of interviews compared to similar companies their size. First, screening call. Then an interview with a VP. Then another interview with a VP. Then more calls and interviews.
