Plan, schedule and execution was worst ever I experienced!!
Even though the interview was scheduled for a non-working day initially, it was later postponed to a working day with a very short notice. Still, I chose to attend based on the promise form the HR person that all the rounds will be done in 1.5 hours.
I reached 15 minutes before the schedule for the interview, as they mentioned the same in the mail. HR came and met me after 10 min of wait and assured me that the panel will meet me soon.
But, even after the scheduled time for the interview crossed nearly half an hour (in total of 40 min of wait from my reporting time), the panel was not ready for the interview. Then, the HR came out and asked me 'whether the panel met me?' as if it was my responsibility to get in touch with the panel. I told long 'Noooo' to show my irritation. By that gesture itself I decided that this is not a place where I should aspire ever to work (Promises are not kept even for the interview schedule).
Then came the panel of two members after around 5 min more. And interview started:
Q1 from P1: Usual 'Brief me about yourself?'
Answer: I answered about the current company, current project, my role and the key technologies used by me and paused it there (P1 was going through my resume up and down all these time).
Q2 from P1: What are the technologies used in your current project? (Not sure why that question was asked again as I answered the same already during the answer for Q1)
Answer: I again reiterated the technologies.
Q3 from P2: Asked me about little more details about the technologies like version and all?
Answer: I answered the same. (P1 was still scanning my 3 page resume up and down).
And it continued similar of a pattern. P2 was asking more of sensible questions and most of them were technical. P1 was most of the time busy scanning my resume and asking some non-sense questions most of the time (either repeating the same question P2 asked already which P1 may not have probably heard OR some filler questions by reconfirming something which is there in my resume)
