Flew me to NJ, had a 1:1 interview (2 hours); then group (2:1) for about an hour; then had to do a presentation.
Questions and areas were fine.
Liked: they are expanding (not really, they layed off many); pretty good product (ERP);
Not liked: never mentioned the culture at Epicor. Never said it was a good place to work.
I had the impression it was a high pressure place.
I know from personal experience they put people in the field with little experience, they throw bodies at the problem.
This was with the regional manager, can see why.

Had a screening with HR to review resume and do an initial interview. Had interview with two other managers remotely and was hired. Onboarding took a couple months but started process in February and started in April.

Process had 3 phases, assigned a HR specialist to walk through process. Very easy. Never let the ball drop, kept engaged throughout the entire time from first interview to first day.
Initial call with recruiter who sounded out your background to see if you were a good fir for the next stage. Then with hiring manager and following that with their senior. All very quick and excellent feedback!
