Interview with recruiter followed by Interview with potential managers less than a week later. If the Interview with the manager was satisfactory, you are given a few days later to prepare for a demonstration of a chosen module of the software to the managers.
The offer came the next business day.

Interview was minimal; talked with hiring manager for 1 hour. However, it took them many months to actually get the paperwork together to actually hire me. That should have been a warning sign.
