Met with recruiter, hiring manager, and stakeholders as part of the interview process. I had over 3-4 hours of interviews, and after the final interview, I was ghosted and no further interactions with the hiring manager, or recruiter. I appreciate that I am not the candidate you want to move forwarder with, but appreciate that the candidate time also has value, and reaching out to advise that I was unsuccessful and whether I would like feedback would have changed the thumbs down to a thumbs up.
