I was referred in by a current employee. The interview was very thorough and was as follows:
- Initial screen interview with recruiter
- Technical assessment interview
- Hiring manager interview
- Presentation interview
- Department colleague interview
- CEO interview
Overall it took about 4 weeks and was a great opportunity for me to assess the culture and vibe of the company. I had a lot of fun putting together my presentation on what makes a good website and where Eppo’s can improve.
