1 aptitude test, 1st round with senior BSA and 2nd round is interview with managers. After manager round there HR Discussion. 1st round with 1 senior BSA and 2nd round with 2 senior managers.

1st Round: The initial interview will be a behavioral interview conducted with a current Business Systems Analyst (BSA) at Epsilon. This round will focus on understanding your background, experiences, and alignment with the BSA role, as well as assessing your communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Super Day/Final Round: For the final round, you’ll participate in a "Super Day" consisting of three consecutive behavioral interviews. Each interview will be with different Business Systems Analysts from Epsilon, providing diverse perspectives on the team and role. This stage aims to further explore your experiences, cultural fit, and ability to handle the responsibilities of the BSA position.
