I applied to the position online and was phone interviewed by the HR about my current salary, role and responsibilities. The conversation was very general and lasted about 30 mins ending with the HR asking if I had any questions about the role. I was then interviewed twice on phone but by people who work on contract for Epson, which was weird but I kept interviewing. They were the ones who founded the group within EA so I was ok. The interviews were resume and case based. Cases were mainly related to Epson's LOB's, and were fairly easy and consulting style. I was then called onsite to their HQ for 5-6 resume based interviews. Before arriving I was sent material related to a business problem concerning one of their LOBs. I was given 3 hours starting at 8AM and was supposed to prepare a slide deck and make a presentation to the management team. Was asked quite challenging questions. All the people I interviewed with were extremely smart and experienced. However, in the lobby while waiting to be called for interview I observed the mood of the people coming to work, which didn't seem very exciting. Given it was Happy Friday, it was even more unnerving. However, I continued. I had 2 more interviews after coming back. Mainly cases related to their businesses and the challenges they are facing.

Good interview. Felt it went well but think that distance and fact that I have kids worked against me. Mgr I interviewed with was pretty negative about the company environment, which was discouraging but I appreciated hearing that they say they are for life/work balance but in actuality, they do not work to that end.
