Phone screening after two months of application. Emails back-and-forth with three different recruiters to setup in person interview.
In person interview also postponed in the same morning. Second was about 3 weeks later.
Interviewer were late for about 20mins and wrapped up in 30 mins.
Seems like their US recruiters are trying to have fair process and Canadian hiring managers are not accepting that.

What is your friends call you?
Any short form of your name? --- My name is only 7 characters long. I haven't had anyone who can't pronounce my name, Even the interviewer was pronouncing correctly.
Do you know anyone who works here like your friend etc. --- Usually companies ask for immediate family member in leadership position to avoid any biasing.
The company had a well designed interview process. It started with an HR round, followed by a first interview, and then an in office interview with the Head of Product.

Em dezembro 2025 fui abordado pela recrutadora no linkedin, Fiz a primeira conversa com o RH e no dia seguinte com o Superintendente. Foi uma experiência positiva, conversa agradável, quiseram saber sobre minha carreira e falaram um pouco sobre o desafio. Gostei muito de como foi conduzida, se tivessem feito uma proposta, teria aceito.
