Pretty extensive. Must interview with several individuals. Does get a little redundant. Everyone that conducted interviews did seem eager to get to know you and felt good about their job.

Had a great interview with recruiter, so so with hiring manager who didn’t understand my past positions and then with VP who “phoned” it in.
After 2 months of being ghosted by recruiter and following with with the VP who I guess had a conscious, found out I didn’t get the position. Was strung along for so long. Why do this to people? Not a good experience and definitely reflective of the company.
