Applied online and reached out to the HM on LinkedIn. Had a phone interview with him a couple weeks later that went well. Most of the conversation revolved around how my background would fit the position. It was a nice experience and sounded like it would be a good place to work at. And then it all turned south, he said he was going to follow up to set up an in person interview after returning from almost a month long break. I followed up after a month and got a response saying they were deciding on candidates. I followed up again after a week and heard crickets. Pity because it certainly sounded like a good place to work at, perhaps not after this unprofessional experience.
