A few phone interviews, a video where you recorded yourself answering questions they provided and then an almost 3 hour in-person interview with 5 people. It was casual, but they all had a prepared list. There was barely any time, if any at all, to ask any questions of the interviewers. I came away having asked hardly anything.

Typical interview questions asking for various scenarios/how you solved a problem, etc...
Got cold called and recruiter had the wrong number for the wrong candidate. Realised after both parties are confused at each other and it turned very awkward. Asked if I am still considered as a candidate but call ended shortly afterwards

Very, very long and cumbersome. It took more than 2 months after receiving the unofficial Ok from the manager. The process consisted of - I think - 3 personal interviews.
