The whole interview took 5 rounds, across the span of a month. First round was a screening call with HR, second round was a phone call with the direct manager, third round was a video panel interview with 3 other people on the team, fourth round was a video interview with the VP of the team, and the final round was another video interview with the original direct manager.
At the end of all this, THEY GAVE ME THE OFFER. However, HR had missed the part in my application where I indicated I needed sponsorship for the job and thereafter rescinded the offer and took no responsibility.
