I applied via Linkedin and I got called by HR the next day. The interview was short and specific. Clear information, no bla bla. I applied from abroad, all interviews were on the phone/skype. Next interview focused on work experience, related to the job-role. Last interview had general questions, no tricky ones. All interviews were nice and relaxed.
