Entrevista bastante direta e prática onde o gestor do site questionou e verificou o conhecimento sobre as atividades e sobre os tipos de equipamentos. Questionou também sobre as experiências e sobre situações problema para avaliar conhecimento.

I emailed one of the senior recruiters that I knew of from a Facebook connection. He put me in touch through email with one of the hiring managers up in Washington. After some back and forth, I was directed to the online interview that I then completed at home. After that interview, I was emailed by the hiring manager and she said she would be in touch in the next couple of days. I never heard back from her or anyone from the company. Now I'm not very savvy to the whole interviewing process, it's still pretty new to me, so I never did any follow up; I just assumed they weren't interested. Still, when you tell a candidate you are going to follow up, you need to follow up, even if you are not interested. Very unprofessional in my opinion, and for a supposed "military friendly" company this not the type of behavior I expected as a veteran.
