It was with the Regional Sales Manager and the GM of the club I was applying for. It was very conversational. They had me do a role play, which the company is big on, essentially displaying how I would recruit or sell a prospective new member.

- screening interview with recruiter

- interview with the GM of the club
All pretty straightforward with some curveball questions.generally about experience in sales, work ethic, why equinox etc.
Phone screening interview with Human Resources at HQ, zoom interview with Sales Manager, then another phone call with Human Resources person at HQ to specify details of accepting the offer

You have to do a video for the application process. They do a phone call interview first and then they schedule an in person interview. After that they reach out within a couple days if you get an offer.
