You meet with a lot of managers and an advisor depending on the club. Just want to make sure you have a good personality and can be a good listener. Job is mainly about listening and recommending. Don't be sales-ey. Be yourself, personality goes a long way.

You have to do a video for the application process. They do a phone call interview first and then they schedule an in person interview. After that they reach out within a couple days if you get an offer.
