Was told to create a 10 min program (given 5 or so minutes to prepare) for an advanced pilates practitioner with "tight hip flexors". The two unqualified ninnys refused me the job because I chose the Tree with full back extension on the Barrel, and was told that was incorrect, that it was a hamstring exercise. They were completely incapable of grasping that the tree was also an outstanding Hip Flexor stretch. Dina and I have forgotten the other.
