The interview process was super casual and they mainly just wanted to see if you could interact well with people and create a positive environment. I had a phone screening and then an in-person interview and heard back fairly fast.

Basic Interview questions about your experience and your availability.
Quick on the phone screen then one in-person interview. The phone screen was asking about who you are, interest and baseline experience. In person is more about what you would be a good fit, interest within the industry, and scheduling.
It was a straightforward, single interview with the manager. Nothing hard just the basic interview questions and questions about your past experience in customer service. It was easy and not threatening
The interview process felt like a conversation, yes it is important to talk about professional skills but I liked that they also focused on you as a person in the process.
