Ridiculous! 6 interviews! The same questions over and over. Obviously they don't communicate! Took days to hear if I would move to the next interview.
A recruiter will reach out to you once you have applied. If you can answer some basic questions and can sell yourself well, then you will be asked to come in for an in-person meeting.

I had a phone interview with the Equinox recruiter who was excellent. Then an in person interview with the recruiter and GM. Final interview was with the regional who also was amazing and had some great interview questions. Start to finish the process took less than 2 weeks. They were organized, professional and direct.
