Three interview rounds. First two on phone, third was in person at club location. It felt like they were looking for someone that was a prior Account Executive closing large deals to sell gym memberships. Odd selection criteria for an entry level sales job where they provide training on their sales process. One good thing about the process is they were quick to respond. Interviews were casual and everyone was friendly and pleasant to speak with.

All pretty straightforward with some curveball questions.generally about experience in sales, work ethic, why equinox etc.
Phone screening interview with Human Resources at HQ, zoom interview with Sales Manager, then another phone call with Human Resources person at HQ to specify details of accepting the offer

You have to do a video for the application process. They do a phone call interview first and then they schedule an in person interview. After that they reach out within a couple days if you get an offer.
