Have to say I encountered one of the worst HR screening rounds in my tech career. Simple suggestion to Equinox, train your HR/recruiters to know a little bit about the basics of tech tools you aim to use instead of just the names. Otherwise, you very likely won't find the talent or will spend much more time compared to other companies.
