I went through a multiple interview process where I learned about the business. This is to weed out the candidates that are not interested in a commission based job. It started with an interview with a VP, followed by a group seminar, another interview with the VP, and then the final interview with the VP and head of the office.

First there was a screening phone call. Next there was a 30 minute interview. The last one was a 45 minute interview. They ask a little bit about yourself and mostly then just tell you about the company and the job.
