The interview consisted of 2 parts
1 phone interview very basic explanation of the job
and 2 the in person interview
The did a good job trying to sell the position it is all commision but that is to be expected in the industry
they tried to convince that he believed I can make 100k the 1st year simply on his "intuition" and essentially offered within 30 mins
The weird thing to me was that they don't pay for your licenising and exams they expect you to shell out $1000 and they say if you pass they will reimburse you and add an additional 1,000 I found this kind of weird for such a known company especially becasuse every other insurance/finance company covers those fees.

2 rounds of phone interviews and then 1 interview in office where you make a presentation about prospecting for clients once you would have the role. Phone calls were behavioral while the in office was more about your plan to succeed

3-4 one on one with manager. Very casual and more of a convo. Almost zero questions that were relevant to cold calling even tho that’s the whole job. Had to tell jokes

The interview process was quick and simple. The major hurdle is passing your exams post Interview. You have a total of three exams. None are individual difficult but can be a challenge if you tackle it unprepared .
