There were 3 interviews. Both judging or character and then letting us know that the job is very difficult and the pay will be minimal at first. He asked what type of markets I wanted to project to. And they ask you to make a business plan. A lot of the interviews are looking the part and dealing with the stress. As part of the job is meeting new people face to face and interviewing them, more or less. And you need to pass your series 7 and series 66 before working here. If you are unable to do this, dont waste your time.

You do an introductory call, then an in-person meeting, and finally a business plan presentation. This take place over a couple weeks and as long as you are confident and somewhat professional and are up for what the role requires, you will get through the interview process.
