Two interviews, and the person who interviewed me blew me off for one of the meetings. This person had someone who kept his schedule, and he still missed the appointment we had set. The questions were fairly straight forward, and easy. They try to hire everyone because the turnover is so incredibly high due to low pay.
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.

Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.

Very easy interview, not too many questions they ask more listening to what they have to say about the role. Just know that you’ll have to find prospects on your own when starting off
