The process started with a 10-minute phone call. After that I was interviewed at the office on three separate occasions. The first interview was more about getting to know me and we also discussed the licensing process. The second interview asked more questions of me and we discussed the position and the day to day. I also took some personality tests. The third was more intense, asking me about my understanding of the position and why I would be a great fit.

Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.

Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.
