3 Step Process: Phone interview, in-person interview, and an in-person overview of position/interview. The people were very nice and they made you feel very comfortable during the process. As long as you were genuine, the interview was more of conversation than an interrogation like other companies I have talked to. I would have accepted the offer but still had other options I was not ready to let go of yet.

2 rounds of phone interviews and then 1 interview in office where you make a presentation about prospecting for clients once you would have the role. Phone calls were behavioral while the in office was more about your plan to succeed
