It was almost all them talking about the company and trying to pitch it to me. They barely even asked me anything and moved me on to the round where I got an offer. If you accept it doesn't mean anything because you won't see any money for at least a year.

Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.

Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.
