The interview process consisted of three interviews and much communication in between. In the first one, they get to know you. In the second, they tell you to come prepared to ask them questions the whole time, so you essentially interview them. In the third, you are asked to prepare a business plan presentation on 4 target markets you would pursue should you get the position.
