Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Equitable Advisors (Dallas, TX) nel mese di ott 2020
Colloquio
There were a total of 3 interviews. The first two consisted mostly of PowerPoint presentations where the recruiter gives you the rundown of the company, how it makes money, how you make money (SPOILER: it's not much), etc. In the last interview, you speak with someone higher up and see if it's a good fit. After the second interview, I decided I would decline an offer if I received one. They tell you they only send an offer to 1-2% of candidates, but I highly doubt that. I barely tried and received an offer. They prey on naive college graduates desperate for a job.

Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.

Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.

Very easy interview, not too many questions they ask more listening to what they have to say about the role. Just know that you’ll have to find prospects on your own when starting off
