Series of 5 interviews. Mostly the same questions asked. Making sure you are ready to commit to the business and ask how you handle rejection, what motivates you.. etc. 4th (may be earlier for others) interview you have to present a power point about your "why."
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.

Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.
