Interview process is smooth and rather informal. I went in just to discuss the job and to tour the property. I sat down with the General Manager and had the interview right there and then.

Multiple rounds, starting with internal recruiter and advancing through the chain of command for the role in question. Questions were pretty stock-standard and straight-forward. The communication between rounds, however, was very poor, with a lot of time between rounds and no replies from my point of contact. In the end, I was not informed that they weren't moving forward, but instead ghosted, which I feel is rather unprofession after 3 rounds of interviews
