Met with the management team and they simply asked questions about experience and qualifications. They pay more than other brokers and have a higher standard. Their highest paid brokers are over $400,000 a year and a broker with 150 agents is looking at close to $200,000 a year. They tell you that with an assistant you will spend 10-20 hours a week working.
