Super easy-it was an open house. Met with a Manager who passed me on to a Regional. Was hired on the spot. Did background check and started next week.

I had met an employee at a career fair. Afterwards, I followed up with her about internships and she referred me to this job. A few months later I got an email about an interview. It was just a Skype call. Very conversational, but it almost felt to informal.
