Applied online and received an e mail from HR wanting to schedule a telephone interview. Telephone interview was pleasant with general questions relating to my experience. After the telephone interview a video interview was then scheduled with 2 members of management. Video interview was a little harder. Questions involved recalling specific instances in which I experienced "this" or "that" and how it was handled, compliance questions related to the position, etc. Even though there were a lot of questions the interviewers were extremely friendly and understanding. A week later a third video interview was scheduled with the current manager of the position I was applying for. Again, interviewer was likeable, friendly and asked the necessary questions to gauge experience. Unsure of the outcome at this point but wanted to give an assessment regardless of the outcome. So far everyone I've come into contact with has been friendly, professional and helpful. Equity Resources seems like a good company.
