Phone interview - straight forward. Asked about my past and what drew me to this job. Also, asked what I was wanting to get out of the position that I was applying for at the company.

Very weird and scary! I was called for an interview for the Data Entry Specialist position. Received an email a couple of days before the interview stating the hiring manager was making a decision even though the position was not posted that long. The position was posted back on indeed the next day after I received the email about the hiring manager making a decision. Coming from the East Coast, I never experienced anything like this until I moved to Ohio. I was actually overqualified for the position. Not meant, and indeed, I'm very happy.
