It is a multi-step process testing your writing capabilities, typing and customer service abilities. You will have a phone / video interview as well as a written test to complete.
Interview was an Informational call with HR, Zoom interview with Human Resources and the manager, and short written assessment (not complicated). Final job offer was given over the phone; with the contract emailed to me to sign.
