It was an extensive interview, I had to meet with multiple people over a few weeks. Very nice people but the job wasn't for me. I recommend trying to get the job since the company is great but there can be a lot of travel involved which I don't want.

Interview process itself was simple and straightforward. What is frustrating is that you will never hear back from them. I’ve interviewed with Mower on three separate occasions over the last couple years and was ghosted each time. That is enough red flags for me to not want to work there.
