The whole thing is gatekept by outsourced recruiters which is not great as its the usual keyword dice-roll. I received a phone call and had a quick basic interview and a face-to-face followup interview was organised. The followup was had with the line manager and was informal. I also met the team leaders who I was likely to work with and we discussed the proposed work I would do. I was offered the position the next day.
