After the HR team contacted me to arrange an interview, my partner and I participated in a one-hour interview with the project manager and an engineer. During the interview, we discussed our academic background, technical skills, and how our expertise could contribute to the project.

It lasts one hour. The interviewers are friendly and professional. Before I introduced myself, they warmly welcomed me and talked a lot about their business and organizational settings. I feel full respect all the time.
