Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Ericsson (Gurgaon, Haryana) nel mese di nov 2015

There were 2 rounds of interview
- 1 Technical Interview
-1 HR Interview
Interview process is very slow . I got HR call almost after 40 days of clearing Technical Interview.
Technical was an easy one.
HR one was more of a formality.

-Normal questions related to my field (Transmission )
-My day to day work ,
-IP basics ,
-Ethernet & MPLS basics
-BSC , RNC basics
-MW basics ( pathloss formula , fade margin )
3 rounds of technical interview and 1 HR round.
All questions were related to domain only.
Once shortlisted, got call for another round second day only.
They generally check how stable you were in your previous organization and how much you willing to learn new things.

Colloquio
1st round was telephonic round, 2nd was face to face technical, 3 round was semi technical plus managerial round, and final round was HR round. And then one more round was there with HR that was also telephonic round for Salary Negotiation.
