1.Written Test
Test consists the questions from aptitude, basic electronics and C programming.
2.Face to Face interview
The interview starts with basic C Programming and ends with advanced C Programming
3.HR Round
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Ericsson (Eindhoven) nel mese di set 2014
Colloquio
Technische C vragen. Logische vragen om je vaardigheden te testen. Daarnaast was er ook aan het eind een persoonlijkheid controle. De interviewers waren grotendeels ontwikkelaars en teamleiders in het begin. Een manager werd later betrokken en tot slot de groepsdirecteur.
